It starts with a call to our project manager, who talks through your goals and schedules an in-person site visit we also do remote consultations when that’s more convenient. From there we measure the property, review soil, slope, shade, drainage and access and put together a written scope with samples so you can see and feel the product before committing.
On installation day, the process generally covers: removing the existing lawn or surface, excavating and compacting a proper base, grading for drainage, laying and seaming the turf, securing the edges, spreading infill and a final brushing and walkthrough with you before we call it done. A typical residential yard takes one to two business days, weather permitting snow, sleet and heavy rain are really the only things that push a schedule back.
